Introduction:
Full Fat Soya Flour (Enzyme In-Active), manufactured at GUJARAT AMBUJA is made from clean, sound, healthy Non GMO Soya beans by cracking, de hulling, toasting, grinding and dry extrusion. The coarser particles are separated by air classification to get a free flowing pale yellow powder of high quality.

Applications
 Our Full Fat Soya Flour - Enzyme In-Active, is used in Wafer Biscuits to reduce breakage and ensure easy mould release. In Cakes, Pastries, Cookies, Mixed Grain Breads it Improves moisture absorption and retains Freshness Longer. It improves mixing of ingredients and oxidative stability. In Baby Foods, Dietetic Foods, it improves water absorbtion and reduces cost of formulation by reducing milk, egg and fat components and enriches nutrients like Vitamin –E, Choline, Isoflavones. It is widely used in Soups, Soup Thickeners, Sauces, Chocolate, Confectioneries, Spreads and Savories. In Namkeens it increases crispiness, reduces oil consumption in frying and increases shelf life.

Enzyme-inactivated (heated) Full Fat Soybean Flours, alone or with re-fatted and lecithinated soy flours, is mainly used in heavier types of cake batters, such as sponge cake and pound cake. It contributes to the richness of the cake, while increasing the proportion of water that can be added to the mix. Full Fat Soya Flour with high nitrogen solubility has been found to improve eating quality and reduce fat absorbtion in doughnuts
